1st they call you from a blocked #. I talked to this chick, she was rude, smacking her gum and wanted me a third party to give her my checking and savings account # to pay a bill that I have never had.  I told her I never had an acct with that company and that she was crazy if she thought I was going to pay for a debt that I never had.  I hung up and she called agian.  She was yelling asking me why I lied.  I told her I never lied that all I said was what and that she volunteered all the info and if she wanted to play games that we'll play.  SHE HUNG UP!

I got about 7 calls from a blocked number "0" and after ignoring them for the first 6, they kept calling back so I answered the last one and it was a collection agency for Bank of America stating that I needed to set up a payment plan with them.  To go back one step, prior to getting a very rude person on the phone, the automatic system told me "all operators were busy, please hold for the next available operator."  Now I really wanted to give them a piece of my mind, for harassing me and then putting me on hold someone to talk to me.  When the person got on the phone, I told her that this was the rudest thing, calling me then telling me to hold.  She started by telling me we were being recorded and I told her good as I need to say a few things about the way they operate.  I finally got my message across and she wanted me to set up a payment plan with them.  I told her I had no idea who she was and why should I believe anyone that calls with that type of system and blocked number and i told her I was hanging up.  I got a call back from the number 423-283-5000 from some man who spoked very little english but tried to tell me that they were hired by my creditor to collect.  I told them that had to be impossible as I have taken care of this.  He insisted that they were the only ones to take care of this and set up payments.  I informed him I did not do business with anyone I did not know and would not give him my information.  He got real angry and raised his voice so I told him I was hanging up and did so.

I have been receiving calls for the past 3 days, continually all day long until about 9 p.m.  When I answer, no one there.  Unknown number, until tonight.  A call at 8:54, I started pushing # numerous times, the gentleman started laughing and asked if I was having fun.  I asked who he was and he said he is from FI Card Services.  I told him I had no clue who he is, but he is to stop calling me, and he started lauhging and said he would call back.  Well, one minute later, he did call back with the number423-283-5000.  I screamed VERY loud and told him to leave me alone, he was laughing, and I hung up.  He called AGAIN, I told him I instructed him to never call again.  He asked if I was a certain person and I said no, he laughed and asked the same question.  I was yelling and very upset by this point . . . he asked when she (me) would be back, I told him she died.  He didn't call back.  There is NO need for any collector to be calling me.  Someone needs to do something with this company.  They call me at least 10 times per day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called asked to speak to someone by name. Identified herself as Gladys and has a Southern accent. Was very rude. She hung up.
