I work there and we are not allowed to be rude or will be fired. Most of us want to make bonus so we can pay our own debt. So I know it is frustrating when we owe people money and don not want to pay it but we have to. So just pay your bills and you will not get debt collecting calls which are legal my dear.
i can say i work there and your full of [***] who we call doesnt even know what call center were a call center for bannk of america and deal mainly in foreclosure and credit cards you twit...this is why i hate people, there so damn ignorant
I whole wholeheartedly disagree, I work there and u r a [***] liar and piece of [***] loser bc u let ur mom fight ur battles for u. Third party's don't get any info, u sir r a dumb [***]. And it is against the law to make threats u [***] brained cum bubble.
I feel your pain, I worked there for 2 months & I couldn't take it anymore & quit, between the supervisors rushing you & yelling at you from across the room & the quality dept. whispering in your ear & on top of that you get customers cursing you when your just trying to do your job. Minimum wage was not worth it.
