i just didnt answer it because it came up on my cell phone. I know only people who know me should have it. I looked the number up online and found this site.
This number just called my girlfriend, a woman told her that she won a "$1000 shopping spree" through Visa, that it had something to do with paying online with a debit card and making her payments on time. Also, "the gifting department" had to call back and the "supervisor" spoke to her. My girlfriend told me about it and we thought that it was really weird. I told my girlfriend not to go along with it, my girlfriend agreed, that if they had all the information that they needed in the first place. They wanted to confirm with a middle initial and expiration date. We told them the expiration date but then my girlfriend told them that she "was uncomfortable giving out any information." The "supervisor" told her not to worry because it's the 4 digit code on the back that is a secure code, that is like an electronic signature. My girlfriend told her again that she was uncomfortable giving out any more information, the woman kept going on about how it was secure and they were just confirming so my girlfriend hung up on her. I looked up the phone number online and found this forum...glad we didn't go along with it.
I didn't pick up cuz i didn't recognize the number. They left me a message to call them back cuz I had won a shopping spree, but what I thought was the strangest thing was that near the end the person was trying not to laugh. I thought someone was just pulling a stupid prank, so I decided to google the number and see what I could find. Found this site. These people are weird!
