This company called after a stay at he hospital to survey how the stay was. Snoopy [***] to harvest info for marketing and to give intel to the Hospital billing dept and sell data to other sources.
I just love getting these kind of calls on my cell phone. I am deaf and only use my phone text messaging and video chat. I always warn folks not to call me. They can text or e-mail me, and if required I will respond. Otherwise it is a waste of their time and my time. I was rescently hospitalized and received excellent service. I filled out one of those cards for a service well done. I guess I have learned my lesson on not doing this. As this number hasn't stopped calling me yet...I haven't picked up the phone, and have no plans to do so.
How does a doctors office have the right to give them my cell phone number? Its a survey for my mother she is 90 years old doesn't understand things and upsets her when people like this call, hopefully they didn't give her number too, all it does is confuses her and scares her. I will be talking to the doctors office when i take her again. Its a Healthcare survey and they told me they got my number from Doctors office........
