Who called from 4236470040

called here at 5:26 pm September 27th.  started to leave a voicemail but changed their mind and hung up.

i have asked them 2 times to remove my number. I wish their threat that it is my"last chance to reduce my credit card balance" was really true...

Called @11:55AM on 9/28. No message. Why do they keep calling "do not call" numbers?

You can file a complaint at: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints. I did.

I recently renewed all of our numbers on the "Do not call " registry.  However, This number and many others are totally ignoring the list and they still call.  I'm really sick of these calls!
