They are a scam company. I have had to resort to blocking the numbers on my phone. I've asks gym to stop and told them I'm on the do not call List and they won't stop.
They use a .gov website, call 5-6 times a day and pitch a deal to pay minimum payments while putting your loan in forebearance. There is a fee for the service min $599.00. Sounds tooooooo good to be true, then the fee tops it off.
