I checked listin for rudman and dowd and yes it a legit name somewhat but when I checked for phone number for them nit the same so I think maybe they r using that name but a scam look at all the other postings also
received a call twice from this number 424-25119691. They said they were Hagan and Berman and Associates the other day now I received a call today but they had left a message on my magic jack and it states Litigation Dept.
Anyone received any calls. I have been getting several different numbers calling and I do not owe any Payday loan.
I have taken care of all my loans and are making payment arrangements with loans that I do have.
I've received calls from this number saying back in 2011 I did a online payday loan, and that they did their research and knows its me. I didn't have a outstanding payday loan. I told the person I was speaking to that. He got an attitude when I asked him to show me some documentation and he hung up. Be careful this is a scam, and I wish they will stop calling me. They keep calling I'm gonna have to cuss them out
Received a call from this number yesterday in which they left an automated vm that they were calling from Barnes and Thornburg Assoc. And to call back regarding an important business matter. Called back today and they of course are a bogus "debt collecting" co and law firm that couldn't even provide me with the Plaintiffs name and info, much less an affidavit. Only vague info of mine which could be easily retrieved feom online sources she says they're based out of California but she sounds almost southern as i would know. She also got unseasonably defensive after i expressed my opinion of her abilities to provide necessary info of the matter and my conclusion after my observations. She started to shout that i did not need to speak to her in that manner and that she'd see me in court. "Sounds legit".
