mine says that as well and i called back it just said to be removed from our calling list press 1 and allow up to 72 hours for it to be processed. this is weird.
Received a call from this # today. The caller id said Renton Wa. There was an automated message stating this is the final offer to reduce my credit card interest rate. I then hung up the phone on them.
what is going on with this. I got a phone call from them too and I called my credit card company and they said that I am in good standing and that it wasn't them who called. Should we call the police to report them? I don't want my identity stolen.
