Who called from 4252918410

I've started getting these calls this week from "Cardmember Services"
425-291-8410 and 682-551-7447
Everyday between 9-10am.

This area code is out of Washington, why would they be calling me in  Saskatchewan Canada????

I keep a list beside my phone of all the area codes I don't want to answer. They are all recorded messages and I can't be bothered with them. If I do answer I just say yadder yadder yadder .. and they keep talking!!I only answer local area codes and others only if I know who is calling The others are all looking for your money!!!

They call to my cell time after time. I would like to know what they want. This is something like harassment because the sound of
the cell change my mental state.
