I GOT SEVERAL CALLS AND WHEN I TOLD THEM THEY WERE FULL OF [***], HE TOLD ME TO GO TO MY WINDOW..I RAN ALL THE WAY TO THE CARPORT, THEN HE TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO KILL ME IF I I DONT PAY MY DEBT (WITCH DOESNT EXIST).... I DONT OWE ANYONE ANYTHING... BUT HE TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO KILL ME, COPS WERE CALLED, ALL THEIR INFORMATION WAS GIVING TO THE POLICE, I HAVE DOZENS OF HARASSING PHONE CALLS FROM THESE PEOPLE... AND THREATENING PHONE CALLS.... ITS NOW WHERE IM CHANGING MY PHONE NUMBER..... SO FAR THEYVE CALLED FROM THREE DIFFERENT NUMBERS..
I rec'd a call threatening litigation within 24 hrs for an unnamed debt...I called the # back, got a message center, told them if they felt this was a legitimate debt then by law I could request a WRITTEN notice of debtor, amount date incurred, etc. Natch they will not respond.
Just got a message from this guy saying that I am about to be sued for a debt. This is the 2nd one that I have gotten (the other was from denver under a different name) I googled the phone number and saw it was a scam then I checked this one and found this and other pages saying the same thing. I started getting these calls about a month ago right after I bought magic jack. I only use it for business. i only give out my cell number that I ve had for years and have never received a call on that number.
Got a call from 412-387-1316 (which when I looked it up is a landline number so it's obviously a masked number). Was told to call 425-298-3923 within 24 hours or legal action would be taken blah blah blah wage garnishments etc. These people are relentless and it's obviously a scam. Do not talk to them, and especially do not give them any kind of info that can identify you (name, address, social security number, phone, etc)
