What you can do is contact one of the credit reporting companies like TransUnion and ask to put a block on your SS# they will do that for 60 days and will continue till you request it off. This way if any one uses or tries to use your SS# they will notify you.
Got the same call. They have been reported to FBI fraud division. They made 2 plus billion last year for scaring people. If anyone needs prayed for i guess it's these whatever they are

Contact your bank and tell them you believe your identity may have been stolen as well as any credit cards you may have. These people certainly aren't with any attorney general since they won't issue threats or harass by phone or emails. You pretty much confirmed what they're after, and demand notice by mail of what the matter is about. It also wouldn't hurt to call the AG from wherever they claim they are from and make sure all is well. If they're legitimate, they will be able to provide you their credentials. If not, they're undoubtedly fraudsters.
