sounds like a typical cover used by investigators. My gut sense says
MS espionage division. Don't call them back.
If you do, you will give them information. That is what they want.
Whoever it is, they are violating the law. Since when is it legal to telemarket
cell phones? Every call costs me money. These guys are crooks.
This company again calls numbers on the national do-not-call list with a recorded message and no operator on the line while the message plays. When you do get to an operator, they will provide a phone number, but if you ask any other questions, they pretend the connection is lost and then hang up... This is just a scam claiming to get you on the top of all major search engines. This is just a scam - do not give these people any information.
I deal with these calls by putting the number on the reject list in my cell phone. That way my phone never rings when being called by that number. It just rejects it.
