Oh joy, this number called me a few times this morning. It's an illegal robocall saying press 1 to update your business listing and then repeats that a second time and hangs up. Caller ID shows RL2 Services. It's a scam folks. If it were legit, there probably would not be 6 pages of complaints. File FCC complaints. The more of us who complain, the more likely something will be done about this nonsense.
I just got a call from this number and they were looking for people involved in the Yasmin Birth Control Lawsuit. I stayed on the line to talk to someone and a woman answered, asking if I wanted to join the Yasmin Birth Control Lawsuit. I said "hello" and she hung up. Whoever this marketing company is, they're really terrible. What if I had been a legitimate customer who was actually interested in what they were marketing? You hang up when someone says hello? Lame!
Anyway, I called the number back and (supposedly) had my name removed from their database.
Same thing here, but no verbal message at all. Yasmin Birth Control
sounds like a typical cover used by investigators. My gut sense says
MS espionage division. Don't call them back.
If you do, you will give them information. That is what they want.
Whoever it is, they are violating the law. Since when is it legal to telemarket
cell phones? Every call costs me money. These guys are crooks.
