Oh joy, this number called me a few times this morning. It's an illegal robocall saying press 1 to update your business listing and then repeats that a second time and hangs up. Caller ID shows RL2 Services. It's a scam folks. If it were legit, there probably would not be 6 pages of complaints. File FCC complaints. The more of us who complain, the more likely something will be done about this nonsense.
I feel huge irritation about these robo-calls, accelerating in frequency, as automation + data distribution are ever-more-anonyously passed along in purchased lists.
It rings. When I get to the phone in another room (to my landline chorded phone) and find the term 'unavailable' on the caller i.d. I do not answer, I then enter the tel.no. in my adjacent computer a search on the number and find this or a similar site. 99 out of 100 'unavailable' calls are robo-calls and I've learned not answer them.
I believe the next step that must occur is that our telephone providers must make available a way to block such numbers. I spent a good but futile amount of time w/ my Verizon provider asking if there is way through them to block these. The system is fragmented and out of touch w/ reality. An overseas person (customer service) tried to communicate w/ me about DNC despite my having opened w/ the fact this was not a resource that worked w/ such calls (and I have been enrolled for several years renewing regularly) and I was enquiring about Verizon abilities. Long (very) story short they said no way via them to block - and -expressed no knowledge of their existence.
This is annoying for everyone, of course. I am disabled and really resent the fact that the service I pay for on limited resources each month has no way to block the trolling of that service to try and exploit and irritate its users in their own homes, as if that was their born right. The getting to the phone hassle not withstanding.

Also, please don't press 1 to be removed, all that does is verify they reached a working number and they will sell your info to other telemarketers.
