Got bored so clicked 1 to get more information from this company that claims to offer the best rates on mortgage re-fis. Told them we were refinancing, but I needed to know what bank he represented before going further. He said "all the major banks". Then I said we were refinancing with our mortgage broker and really needed more info. The guy confessed it was a call center and he couldn't help with terms like conforming or non-conforming loans. He was polite when I said I wasn't interested. Usually I get ticked off at scam calls but this guy was embarrassed and I don't think he'll last there long. Anyway, obviously it's a scam - don't give people like this any of your personal information! Reported to the FCC.
