Received a call from this number at 1:05 PM on 11/16/12, and saw that the Caller ID displayed "Solutions", after I managed to get to a phone. By the time I picked up the handset, there was no one on the other end. Judging by the other posts here, it's likely it was a robo-call for a home security system scam. That type of call seems to be ramping up to a frequency akin to the "Rachel" calls lately.
Called and left no message, so it's a scam to start. I would be careful about pressing any number they say because that could put you through a long distance oversea carrier, that you may be billed for. The best thing is hang up and file a complaint with all the information you can like when they called, who called, date and times are important ,what they said etc. caller ID helps if you have caller ID, this one displayed SOULTIONS.
