I have 1 missed call from (440) 230-8299 and they didn't leave any voicemail.
If they don't leave me a voicemail, I will assume is either a telemarketer or a scammer.
I'm not planning to call back.
Called yesterday and left no message. I called back today and received an automated, "Hello and thank you for calling. If you'd like to add the number that called you to a Do Not Call list, please press 1." Hung up. Clearly a spam number trying to verify numbers to sell. Blocked.
I receive calls from his number, even tho I press whatever no. they give to be taken off their list. I am also on Do-not-Call Registry - to no avail with this number.
This is that illegal telemarketer who keeps cold calling people and ignores any stop calling requests as well as the federal do not call list. Today they called twice and when I asked them for a copy of their do not call policy as required by law under the TCPA they refused and hung up.
I did get some information from them though - they stated their headquarters was in Orlando, Florida and the company name was Credit Card Services. The State of Florida website corporation website shows no businesses were ever listed in Orlando by that name. Interesting side note: their hold music is the same scratchy song that Mexican travel agencies were using when they make telemarketing calls claiming to be Marriott, Expedia or United Airlines. Exact same recording.
