Got call- message saidname was Rob Dulay from Pretrial Legal-said case pending but didn't state my name or any identifying info-other than I had a pending investigation and if I didn't respond that I waived my rights.
Same here all scams!!! Beware. In ny it is against the law for any debtor to try to collect on pay day loans. Do not reply. They don't even say your name.
Just got a call saying I owe them money form a payday loan they had all of my information and said a warrent was going to put out for me. When I asked for origianal docs they said no!
Please tell me what you guys think about this, I really want to know what to do since they knew all of my information, but yet wouldn't provide me will leagal docs that i actually took out a loan.
