Got call- message saidname was Rob Dulay from Pretrial Legal-said case pending but didn't state my name or any identifying info-other than I had a pending investigation and if I didn't respond that I waived my rights.
Why would a debit collector state that they are going to issue a warrent for you arrest and good luck in court and also when asking them to provide docs they state that if i already knew about the loan then there isn't any need for them to provide docs?
Got a call this afternoon from this number. Man said i or my attorney needed to contact them today about a claim against me. Said if I didn't,I would be waving my rights to representation. Another scam. Don't owe anything!
Got this call this morning(0846) oct 31 but did not answer. Same Messages about something about a pretrial . I rec'd same messages from different numbers and they don' tbeven call you by name. A SCAM!,
just got the phone call from ohio from the same number telling me I have a warrant for my arrest and I need to pay $925.00 by 10am. they would not give me any information on who it was for. So I called our sheriffs dept to see if I had a warrant which I don't and he pulled up the number and stated that it was a scam.
