Just got a call from this number and "Robert Brooks." I know from past experiences that this is a scam. Anyone who wants to sue you would do more than place a phone call and harass you. Be smart, and don't give out any personal info! Better yet, don't answer! This number is getting added to my list of blocked numbers.

Also received a call from Robert Brooks regarding pretrial intervention. I have a traffic case coming up or else I wouldn't have looked into this call at all, but when he stated that if I or my "attorney of record" did not contact him today that I would be waiving my right to counsel I knew it was a scam. That's not how courts work, only the defendant in from of the judge can waive his right to an attorney. Also, why would some sort of lawyer from Ohio be calling about a case that is taking place is another state several hundred miles away? These scam companies find people who have multiple debts and then try to scare those debtors into thinking the company is a representative of their creditors, thereby gaining personal information and causing even more harm to your credit. Never return a call to these people.
Also, just got the same phone call from Robert Brooks just a few moments ago. Seems like they are calling all of us today. I got a similar call from a Jackie Brown a few months back. Extremely rude. Last one was a scam seems this one is too.
Got the same call from a Robert Brooks pretrial intervention. It has to be a scam. He left a message on my voice mail, but he didn't say who he was calling for or who the message was intended for. I don't have an debt that would be in this state of urgency.
I also can be added to this long list of happy recipients of a call from Mr. Robert Brooks today. I as many have no clue what the call was pertaining, to as there was no information given as to what the caller wanted, except for my immediate contact either from myself or my counsel or they were going to move forward with my case and file accordingly. I knew something was fishy, I don't have any pending cases or otherwise, and any legitimate calls from attorneys, county court systems relating to any definite pending cases, would not come from out of state and would also not be so sketchy and threatening. So I of course added to my blocked numbers on phone :) Have a Great Day
