Just got a call from this number and "Robert Brooks." I know from past experiences that this is a scam. Anyone who wants to sue you would do more than place a phone call and harass you. Be smart, and don't give out any personal info! Better yet, don't answer! This number is getting added to my list of blocked numbers.
I have received many calls and message from 440 290 4435 saying the same as just about everyone on here. He had me so upset and when I said my lawyer will be talking to them he said take the money to the jail when you meet him.
