I called back and their automated phone attendant indicated that the company name is "NCC - A Division Of Commonwealth Financial Systems". I dialed "0" for the operator and got a live person. They asked for my phone number - gave it to them and then they asked if I knew of a person they named. Told them no and they hung up on me.
I answer and a recorded msg says "Press 1 for English, 2 for Spanish" or something like that! Obviously not someone I know, as they would know what language I speak!!!

I repeatedly receive calls from this number. When I don't answer they never leave messages. When I finally answered one day they said it was from a emergency room bill from two years ago. I told them to c& d all calls to me. Today I received another call from them. When I answered this time I told the girl that I wanted proof of the debt cause the insurance companies should have taken care of it. She told me that she has the proof in front of her and didn't need to send it to me and that I should call the insurance companies. When I told her that I work for a collections lawfirm and I now the law and that they violated the FDCPA and that I can sue them she hung up on me.
