They don't leave a message and when I answered the phone, they hung up. I called back and their automated phone attendant indicated that the company name is "NCC - A Division Of Commonwealth Financial Systems". I dialed "0" for the operator and got a live person. They asked for my phone number - gave it to them and then they asked if I knew of a person they named. Told them no and they hung up on me.
This company has been calling my house everydayand every 2 to 4 hrs. Asking for someone who doesn't
Even live here. Getting very tired in telling such person doesn't live here and I never heard of or know such person. This is becoming harssment.
It claims to be a company called NCC. They are looking for someone who does not even live here. They claim this person used this number on their account. They were very rude and ended up hanging up on me because I could not give them info on someone I do not know. They keep calling back. It is becoming harassment for me as well. Not to mention its my cell phone they keep calling. I believe they are a debt collector of some sort.
These idiots are calling my cell phone number almost daily for the last three months based on the fact that it's previous owner appears to be on their bill collecting radar.
1> I have told them, as is talking to a human, that I am not the person they are looking for.
2> I am a male and do not have a voice pitched to match a womans (who is what they are looking for).
3> I have repeatedly punched the number they claim tells them that I am not that person.
4> This has been my number for very nearly three years,
I can only conclude that they do not do a proper job of updating their databases and nobody appears to be policing these folks effectively in OHIO. Their behavior is unprofessional and appropriate measures should be taken to make them responsible for their behavior. They use computer calling to reduce their wasted time, while shamelessly wasting mine.
