Who called from 4403976020

have been called many times, and havent answered because i dont recongnize this number but when i attempt to call back there is no ring tone, weird? im worried, if anyone knows any information please post. hopefully someone will get to the bottom of this!

Didn't answer and just like some of the others I tried to call back but there is no dial tone.  Wierd though because 440 area code is very close to where I live so I thought it was a relevant call. Guess not.

Same deal...I did not recognize the number so did not answer; when I searched for it today ended up here so obviously some type of bothersome caller!
