i got a call from 440-397-6020, they called an left a message on my phone but i called back and got nothing.no ring or anything, this is the second time, they have done this.

I believe they want to conduct a brief survey regarding a recent visit to Ocean Dental. They called my house and then my cell. Medical agency's should not be handing my info to 3rd parties without my consent. I will continue to ignore these calls along with the multiple calls from credit card services...
