I too just recieved a voicemail from a Eugene stating my resume just came across his desk & woulf like to ask me a few things. Sounds like this guy has been doing this for awhile after looking how old some of these posts are.
Got a Call from Eugene. I updated my Monster Account less than 24 hours ago, so that is how he gets his information. His accent makes it hard to understand, but it sounds like he is from Primerica - Pyramid type insurance. No Way Geno!!
Same call. Eugene left a voicemail saying my name had come across his desk and he may be interested in interviewing me. Just like everyone else, I updated my resume on Monster.com so apparently his job is to stalk that site.
I got the same voice-mail, also from "Eugene". No company name, no information about the position, nothing. I am really happy I found this site so I won't waste my time!
I too got a call from Eugene. It's funny, because I have a google voice number that starts with the same exchange, so I knew it wasn't a "real" phone number. He did mention his company, but all it came out as was a mumble. Same deal as everyone else, I updated my resume' on Monster, he said my name came across his desk, he had some questions for me, etc., etc. Also, who calls at 1:30 on a Saturday in regards to a job? No thanks! Scam!
