just got a call .we also screen calls thru ans.machine.scam calls are disgusting especially when you are expecting a call from loved ones.fibromyalgia and degenerative joint disease among others are very trying.people in pain will grasp at relief but we are not brain dead yet
Normally I don't answer ANY calls I don't recognize. But we are expecting some bad weather here tomorrow, and with a caller ID of "ALERT", I thought it might be an important message from city govt. So I answered...
"Don't hang up! We want to scam you with some new-fangled quackish pain-relief cream!"
So I hung up. Suggest you do likewise. Or better yet, do what I usually do, and don't answer in the first place.
