After receiving a call from this number numerous times a day, I finally answered. No one speaks up. After saying Hello three times, I finally said "This is your last change to speak up. Otherwise I'm blocking your number". Still no response. Number is officially blocked.
It is against the law, but scammers and crooks don't care about law. Neither do the upper echelon of the government. Why should the scum care, if the President and Congress don't?
They never leave a message, if you don't answer and the never say anything if you do answer. I can't seam to block the number with my phone service, either.
