After receiving a call from this number numerous times a day, I finally answered. No one speaks up. After saying Hello three times, I finally said "This is your last change to speak up. Otherwise I'm blocking your number". Still no response. Number is officially blocked.
I have got calls every morning, several times a day for last couple of weeks. I.thought my cell was on do not call registry, appearently not, so it is now. I have to wait 31 days to file complaint. That being said, I have answered, no one there! I have called it back and it's a recorded message saying if you don't want any more calls from them to dial 1. "It may take up to 72 hrs for them to stop calling." It's been 11 days! Still calling me. Especially between 9 AM and 10 AM. Mountain time.
