After receiving a call from this number numerous times a day, I finally answered. No one speaks up. After saying Hello three times, I finally said "This is your last change to speak up. Otherwise I'm blocking your number". Still no response. Number is officially blocked.
I have been getting calls from this number once or twice every day. No one answers or leaves a message. However, when I called the number back I got an automated message prompt and the first option is to place yourself of the no call list. I chose that, and you can too.
