This is a very weird msg. I wonder what they are after. Caller id says Eugene OR. Robovoice stated that my insurance provider has authorized a free shipment of a "new" pain relieving medication. "Press 1 to arrange shipment, press 5 to notify your insurance company that you are refusing shipment". Bah..bah, bah bah. Leaves you with the impression that is your insurance company trying to get you to switch to this new pain medication. They say a lot and of course you forget the exact words but it is a scary con. It sounds real for a few minutes, then you realize insurance company wound not do this, especially if like myself, you don't currently take any meds. I imagine that if u press 1 then ask for credit card info to ship, I'm just guessing because I did not press 1 to arrange shipment!

Thanks to our new voip (voice over IP) phone service, toll free cost anywhere in the US allowing me to call them back at no charge, I called them because I was curious about who this company is. The system recording acknowledged me and stated, "If you want to be removed from our calling list, press 1." Then, allow 72 hours to cycle through their system.
