Who called from 4582012338

I have received 9 calls from this number today alone. When I tried to call back, there was nothing, not even a dial tone! I work the night shift and try to sleep during the day, my phone has been ringing non-stop!

This number and name "Michele J" is a frequent caller to my phone  and we refuse to answer after having answered a few times to hear only faint music in the background and no voice; the line is kept open a few seconds & then they hang up.  This is extremely annoying.  What can you do?  Memorize the number and don't answer the phone when they call again.  We also are members of the "DO NOT CALL LIST."
I am considering contacting their server to report abusive use of the phone system.

800notes is not affiliated with your callers, we are not calling you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also. We can't stop anyone from calling you either.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

I get constant calls from this number. when I answer I hear breathing, but no one says a thing. I just hang up now when they call.
