Ugh! I just created a domain for a class using iHost/Plesk and made the mistake of not paying for the privacy right away. On the same day I crated the odmain, i belatedly requested the add-on, but it's taken a while. Since I created the domain I have been inundated with emails and phone calls. Very annoying and frustrating

I registered a domain with Bluehost, and have been called by this number every day since. You need to purchase privacy protection for your domain and make sure it is set to be enabled before you complete the domain purchase. If your info is available publicly on WhoIs even for a day, a bunch of spammers will get your info.
