this is not legit. This is a harrassment firm trying to collect money not owed to them by me. They have very sketchy info and start harrassing you. They know what they are doing is wrong but they will collect a few dollars here and there.
I make the payment electronicly on the 26th and these CROOKS don't post it until the 10th of the following month. However they do continue to call daily. Our Congress needs to put a STOP to these Bottom Feeders.
some woman calls my job asking for an employee by first name only, told her she needs a last name also, of course she doesnt have one. then she says she needs to verify employment so i told her to use the work number. she then calls right back and asks am i a receptionist i told her yes and she said i was rude, so i said yes i am, thank you very much and hung up on her. she then calls back 20 more times before i answered. i then told her i am also security and now i am pissed off so what does she want. she said she is from citimortgage and wants to speak with my manager. i told her i want her manager she said hold on and hung up.
Cell phone rang at 7:25a.m. nothing on the caller i.d. but the phone number.Second time I have gotten a call from this number. No idea who they are i just voices in the background (like telemarketers).I work nights and DO NOT appriciate calls at that time in the morning. I don't have a mortgage never have! So how do we get them to stop calling.
