this is not legit. This is a harrassment firm trying to collect money not owed to them by me. They have very sketchy info and start harrassing you. They know what they are doing is wrong but they will collect a few dollars here and there.
got a call from "Fernando" at this number - said he was trying to reach my neighbor and then wanted to know if the house was vacant. would not identify who he was calling from and insisted it was "personal business" - got angry when I asked repeatedly what HIS business was and he hung up
The number belongs to CitiMortgage collections. I have explained to them twice that I am filing for Bankruptcy, when it will be filed, my attorney's name/number, etc. They refuse to take my number out of the auto-dialer. I told them that if they called again, I wasn't explaining my situation a third time and would not be answering their call.
Called and aske for HR. She was in a meeting. Asked to speak to Payroll not in the office. Asked to speak to the Network Director by first name he was not in the office. Asked my name and then hung up.
