this is not legit. This is a harrassment firm trying to collect money not owed to them by me. They have very sketchy info and start harrassing you. They know what they are doing is wrong but they will collect a few dollars here and there.
This is a call from Citibank - it's probably a main number and could be from any department. I received this call referencing my Citibank credit card payment. I didn't give out anything personal, but pretty sure it's legit. Not a big deal, although first time they called it was an automated system asking me to hold, which I don't do (my time is valuable, also). They called back the next business day with a live person, yet it did take a couple of "hello's" to get a response.
this number called at 8:00 in the morning - did not leave a message - I do not have any business with Citibank so why the heck are they calling me and how did they get my number?
