Our Receptionist received a call from this number claiming to have a UPS delivery for me. When I answered, he merely said my name and since it was a business line, I said, "This is she" and he hung up.

The problem is that they are calling through the switchboard/receptionist at an office, so NOT answering a transferred call is not always an option. I get calls all day long from staff that follow the same scenario. There is no way for a switchboard to validate every number that calls in.
