This is a scam I have gotten 4 calls in 2 days from Derik Copper. I do not know Derik Copper from the Conflict Resolution Center, I have never been to India nor have I borrowed money from these people or their company, and I did not commet fraud. This company will do anything to try to rip people off. Derik Copper, lose my number, as I am reporting you and your company to the Federal Fraud Investigation Offices. Do not fall for their scare tatics!
just keep calling back the number.... then say this call is being recorded....
they will turn off that number if you are persistant and call themm over and over.....WE ALL MUST CALL BACK OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER untill that# becomes invalid.
Whatever you do, DO NOT pay these people. I dealt with a man named Alex King he took me for $1002!!!!!! PLEASE be aware if they call you and say you owe money and have filed a court case against you, by US law they have to provide you with written verification of the debt you owe and a copy of the court papers. If you are getting calls try to have the number block do not engage them. If you do tell them that according to the IC3, FTC, and the general attorney they have to supply you with the items I listed above. They are going try and scare you and tell you you are going to have to go to court. My suggestion is to tell them fine you will wait and see what comes of it. Otherwise you will be like me and out the money. I tired calling to get my money back and the jacka** told me there was no way possible to do that and now I am out the money.
I got a call from this number today but I didn't answer it. I normally file a complaint against these people either at http://www.ftc.gov/ftc/contact.shtm or the FCC at http://www.fcc.gov/
