Received same call from this guy and others about 2 weeks ago.  They threatened that I was being sued and that a warrant was issued for my arrest.  They even had a guy call me telling me he was a detective with the Los Angeles Sheriffs Department.  I spoke to two different attornies who confirmed that this is a scam.  No body can call you and make threats or have you arrested for a debt even if you owe one.  Every person I spoke too from the original caller, to the attorney on their end to the supposed detective all had very heavy indian accents.  This is a scam using scare tactics.  Be careful!!!

Same thing some indian guy with the name of john marshall threatening jail and prison supposedly from cash advance/dispute resolution center... wanting money in the amount of 1030.00.....threaten them back they will hang up. SUCH A SCAM!!!!!!!! turn them in and report them!!!!

got a call from this number today, and they left me a voice message. he called himself john marshall but he barely spoke english. called them back and was told that there is a case against me and that im a prime suspect in a fraud case and that my social security number is under investigation, and he asked if i was aware of this. i told him that he is a scammer and will be reported to police. he hung up. SCAMMERSSS.

This is a scam I have gotten 4 calls in 2 days from Derik Copper. I do not know Derik Copper from the Conflict Resolution Center, I have never been to India nor have I borrowed money from these people or their company, and I did not commet fraud. This company will do anything to try to rip people off. Derik Copper, lose my number, as I am reporting you and your company to the Federal Fraud Investigation Offices.  Do not fall for their scare tatics!
