This is North American Bandcard. The WORST credit card processor ever.Please don't even answer their calls. They scam and CHEAT.Stay away from North American Bankcard at all cost! You will be absolutely glad you did.
This company has been calling non stop for several weeks. They are rude and unprofessional and a waste of my time. The callers hang up when you ask them to stop calling and call again within an hour. I have just spent a half hour tracking them down and would encourage anyone with a similar experience to post it on Facebook and call the corporate headquarters to complain 248-269-6000. I got same call from a BLACK woman that was very rude and yes I can tell a black person on the phone due to how they talk and ghetto slang they use. TALK proper and somebody might actually listen to you. Black people are so rude anyway.
Lady called demanding to speak with owner or co owner. I told her they were not in and could I ask who was calling. She simply stated North American. "North American what?" I asked. I told her to take us off her call list and she told me I had no authority to ask that. Are you KIDDING me? She started yelling over top of me on the phone then told me to have a blessed day. Seriously? People get paid to do this? Ive tried asking for a supervisor and she refused. Also tried calling them back and locating the company.
Just called here and asked for the owner by name. When I said she wasn't in, she asked if that was the sole owner. I told her it's none of her business. Now they're on the blocked list.
