This is North American Bandcard. The WORST credit card processor ever.Please don't even answer their calls. They scam and CHEAT.Stay away from North American Bankcard at all cost! You will be absolutely glad you did.
called our office asking for the owner or office manager. Asked who I may say is calling. He is Steve from Texas calling for NAP Solutions. He said our owner knows his local rep. He again asked to speak to the "owner". I asked what it is regarding, he said he can only discuss this with the owner and if I won't put him on, he will just have to pass us up & contact the next "medical office" and hung up.
This number called my office today. When I answered I could hear a lot of people talking. Then a man said very clearly "ebonics, I only speak ebonics" then hung up. Soooo, in this particular instance, THEY made race relevant.
