I bought a Marine Air Horn, and when directed to "press '1' ", I gladly do so , wait until someone comes on then line, I draw them in a little bit, and then blast the air horn, laugh at them, and then I hang up. Very satisfying.
Also, set your answering machine to answer at 6 rings instead of 4 - they NEVER wait past 4 rings.
This number called and told me I could have a lower rate on my credit card. I ask which one because I don not have a credit card. She said she represented several. I told her to forget about her scam and give me her personal phone number. And all I could do for her and if she was as sexy as she sounded I would just keep her. She gave me her number but I never called it. Most likely a fake number any way.
NEVER PRESS A NUMBER! And if you call them back, dial *67 first so you block your number. All you do if you "press a number" for them is prove your number is an active one that they can keep calling! They'll put it on a list and sell it to more jackholes!
