This is the MIEKA Corporation. They aren't very successful. In their own documents they say they have distributed $11,277,413 and some stock in the Vadda Energy Corporation which has no market, isn't registered and has little if any value. Unfortuanately, investors have invested $33,589,397. They have returned 34% of the monies invested.
Also, this is a "General Partnership" with unlimited liability. And the managers have little knowledge and in some cases erronious knowledge of partnership law.
Making phone calls to numbers they get from someone. I have reason to believe a loser sold my contact info to a bunch of these phonies. See the link below for their response to a cease and desist Colorado order.
