I was cold called about 5 offset wells being drilled around several producing wells. I am leery of any cold calls from anybody soliciting fund. I google Mieka and see several disturbing results. To bad, they were touting the kind of wells I have had success w/in the past. Has anyone been a winning investor w/these guys? If these guys are a bad as it appears they must be pretty good at being bad to still be on the phone instead of wearing orange jump suits and only allowed to make collect calls.
I received a couple phone calls last April approximately for the PA/Johnson Oil Project #2. They said they were about ready to close the deal and it was for vertical offset wells around existing producing wells. We bought in as they answered all the questions correctly and had ample documents to show the project proposal. Since then we have received very little in the form of updates other than there were permitting issues that should be getting resolved. The permits were supposedly fixed and drilling was to begin last July. I called multiple times during the Q4 2015 and Q1 2016 and got a complete run around every time.
