Soldiers has a rating bu Charity Navigator,doesn't seem so bad., but there are other veteran charities that contribute a larger &age of their money to programs and less of their money on administrative and fundraising costs.
But if I contributed to every ring of the charity phone, I'd have to start a 501(C)(3) Organization to feed my family.
Very annoying to rush to answer a phone call. The person on the other ends says "is Shirley there" but doesn't respond to my answer and that's it. How frustrating and this happens often. Is there a way to really end such calls????
