They call my cell too. I called them back, the woman garbled something VERY FAST..like CBLA? I said what is that? she didn't respond, instead she transferred me to another woman without saying a thing, that woman said "hello" I said hello? she hung up. Now I had called them back from another line. They did not pick up before when i tried on the phone they had called. I'll bet my other phone starts getting calls from them now, too.Probably a bill collector screening call backs, and only answering numbers that don't come up on their list.
Called number back, operator stated; "Somone put your number down as a good contact number for an account they opened with eBay." I asked if they worked directly for or were contracted by eBay, the man said; "We work directly for eBay."
