this group calls my home phone two to four times a day ...never leaves a message ...as soon as I see the 469 prefix on the call, I do not answer ...I answered once (November 2011) and told the "barely English-speaking" solicitor, I was not interested...this has not discouraged them ...they call and call thinking I may have somehow changed my mind ...
the line that ABBA gets through on is a bare-bones phone line that has no features like "call block"..
it really aggravates me that I have to subscribe to features and pay for those features to keep these companies at bay ...because of what they do in circumventing my wishes by continued calling, I would never purchase their product under any circumstance or price
This American Business Benefit telemarketer phoned; strictly an amateur--nothing like the pro cons at 610-687-1030 and 702-520-1282. I said, "No thanks", and hung-up quick. I am not sure what it is about today, 3/18. The telemarketers have been calling like crazy. Maybe it's desperation. The auto-dialers usually get hung-up with call-forwarding features. Their DNC software usually prevents the call from going through--but not all the time. Just a helpful hint.
Another call today from these pests America's Business Benefit Association. They've called about 4-5 times over the last week, and maybe 20-30 times over the last 1-2 months. Why do they keep calling numbers that never answer?
Telemarketer ABBA (America's Business Benefit Assoc.) calls incessantly from Dallas, TX area code using an auto-dailer. Never leaves message. I called # back anonymously (using CID block & my free LD plan). Their recording asks you to leave your name & phone #. Don't do it! ABBA is selling memberships to a non-profit assoc. that endorses health-ins. plans they want you to apply for. You can ignore these pests.
