this group calls my home phone two to four times a day ...never leaves a message ...as soon as I see the 469 prefix on the call, I do not answer ...I answered once (November 2011) and told the "barely English-speaking" solicitor, I was not interested...this has not discouraged them ...they call and call thinking I may have somehow changed my mind ...
the line that ABBA gets through on is a bare-bones phone line that has no features like "call block"..
it really aggravates me that I have to subscribe to features and pay for those features to keep these companies at bay ...because of what they do in circumventing my wishes by continued calling, I would never purchase their product under any circumstance or price
Got the first call today from 469-442-0677. Usually give a number that calls but leaves no message 2 calls before I call reject (*60) them. If you don't have this feature yet, get it. It's worth it's weight in gold :)
Thanks, DB. Here's an idea for any folks out there with a free LD plan. Block your #, call them using your free plan, and give them a bunch of #'s from this website. If their voicemail is full of other telemarketers, maybe these morons will spend more time calling each other and less bothering us. :)
Got a call from someone who took WAY too long to say anything to me after I answered the phone. After saying "hello" twice; they hung up on me. Idiots.
I have been plagued by the same number...I called the following number listed on their website and complained. 1-800-992-8044
I would think that they would get tired of the complaints and eventually do something about it.
I suspect they have an independent rep that is causing all the problem. You need to call this number and complain, especially if you are listed in the do not call registry.
