Just got a call from this number, came here and blocked it. I noticed that I've also blocked 1221 and 1226 in the past. Reading those entries here again, they sound very similar, calls from a "redemption center", just different names used. My guess is there's a whole block of numbers used by the same company.
It rang once, then when I picked up to answer, they had already hung up. It might be someone spoof calling from overseas to get a dial tone,then phoning for free. Or it might be a poll from any number of political campaigns.
