He said he could help me. He was relying on someone who was coaching him because as I asked questions, he gave me canned answers---I hung up on him after I told him, "Thanks for staying on the line so you could be traced. I work for the government in IT Security Compliance. Look out your window, Robert. Someone may be coming for you!"
Same number 469-555-0174, caller ID showed Texas, male named Robert with Indian Accent. I asked him what he wanted me to do---get in front of my computer.
